Bug: V is bald when looking in the mirror / Takes shower with clothes on

I have 2 different game saves, and both have the same issue. My character has a hairstyle but is bald when looking at the mirror. This happens when you have headgear equip.

When there's no headgear, it's normal.

Yup same here, although on my second playthrough as a nomad, my hair appeared just once think it was at Dexter's place after the heist. All other mirrors stole my hair...

remove hat from head slot, that will work
