BUG: With a little help from my friends (Panam Mission)

On a fresh new playthrough since the 1.1 update. I have reached the above mentioned mission, and upon reaching the point where you sit down with the nomad's and Panam after getting the train moving, once i come to the end of the convo with Panam, the game is then stuck. My V doesn't go to sleep as she say's she is etc... just stuck looking around at the other's sat around the fire.

Anyone else have this issue?

Looked in every single direction and it does nothing.. the guy playing the guitar just keeps playing and playing.. lol

I chose to ride separately from Panam to the Train Depot, now I cannot start the mission. I go to the train depot and nothing happens. Can this be resolved?
