Bug with Decoy and Priestess of Freya

So, first thing when I Decoy a Priestess of Freya it doesn't seem to get the strengthen boost and I can't see why.

Secondly, sometimes I can res the priestess from the graveyard. I think it might be only when I've discarded it from hand and I'm not sure if this is meant to be a thing you can do.

Ressing priestesses seems to be a bug. Please contact support and let them know.
