Bug with Harmony...

Hi, is it just me or Harmony is bugged.

I play waters of Brokilon in ranged, the oponent plays Cantarella (a human) in melee, I play Pavko (also a human) in ranged with my dryads and doesn't give the boost on them. I'm doing it wrong?, Slama said that if you want harmony now is row locked, but I don't recall that he said that if a tag was already anywhere on the board, it does not count. This also happened with a Treant tag, same situation, same rows as before.

In-game description of Harmony: "Boost self by 1 or the specified amount whenever you play a Scoia'tael Unit on this row, whose primary category is unique among all of your Units."

So, not a bug. Probably an easy mistake to make, though.
