iv been playing the witcher 3 for a few days now and every time i try travel to novigrad or try view the map it wont let me and goes to my players location please help me fix this bug as i have spent loads of hours on it !!!!!

On the Witcher Contracts: Skellige's Most Wanted the mission will not end after killing the werewolf

This problem continues to occur even after reloading the mission and playing it again. (also my brother has in counter the same problem as well)

This is happening on the Xbox One
