Bugged gig

The thievery gig right in front of me does not activate whatsoever, I already cleared out the entire building, quest still doesn't start...when I try to steal the data from the computer nothing happens and I have to restart the game. Anyone know how to fix this?

What is the name of the gig / mission / quest?

As I said, it isn't starting so it only says "who knows what you might find"

I am having the same issue on PS4/PS5. Is it the one in Arroyo in Santo Domingo? Dark building that says Cytech? I am having the same issue and it sucks as this is literally the last thing I need to platinum this game
