Bugged Quest - Hard Times
I cannot interact with the blacksmith at Kaer Trolde, so I cannot deliver him the letter the quest requires. There is no button prompt to start a dialogue with the blacksmith.
I may have triggered this quest in an odd order as I found the note in the destroyed wagon first instead of starting the quest with the blacksmith himself.
