Bugged quest-With a little help from my friends-PS4(Street kid life path)

I am currently doing the quest from panam and it says to discuss the plan with the nomads but the dialoge option doesn't even show , so there just standing there and cant i even interact with none of them
tried loading in before the quest but it doesn't work

Choose to not help her. You will still help her but have to drive to the train station. I had the same issue and loading the save before you choose to help her or not and choosing to not help fixed the dialog issue at the station. Hope it helps you too.
