Bugged Quest

Hello, i found a bugged quest: The Nilfgaardian Connection.

The quest says i should complete the talk about Hendrik.

But if i try to talk with NPC (Korchmar, i believe.... i have the russian version of the game), he tell me i should go using back door. And nothing happend, quest just hang up

I killed everyone in the Village. Maybe this cause my problem?

i have the same problem on PS4 also after the recent patch, please advise what to do
