Bugged quests - cat eq IV and quest Bad News.
Hi,
First I'm translating things from my polish version so sorry for any mistakes.
1. I've bought map from the blacksmith in the "Zalipie" village (sorry have no idea how to call it in english) which should provide me with quest for cat eq upgrade IV. It does not. Quest is not starting (so also no markers on the map).
2. Polish name of the quest is "Zle Wiesci" (direct translation "Bad News") on Skellige. Probably last part is to get a letter to the blacksmith in Kaer Trodle. Issue is.. he does not want to speak with me. I spoke with him earlier while I was going to join the party for the dead king in the castle but now there is no Talk [E] option at all. He just sits, stands does some things but does not want to talk.
This is PC version and these issues appeared few days ago - I've restarted game/pc many times and tried again but it did not help.
