Bugs and Glitches I've Encountered

First of all, I would just like to say that this is an amazing game, and you guys at CD Projekt Red have done an amazing job, so we'll done, and thank you!

So, first up I would like to discuss a general movement/control bug I've seen a few times. What happens, is that when Geralt is moving and you click to interact with objects, like chests, barrels, bodies or Roach while moving, Geralt bugs out and continues to freely walk around on his own. This has caused me a few unexpected deaths, as because Geralt freely walks around, he can then walk, or stumble off of ledges and cliff sides. The only way to get Geralt to stop moving is to move the joystick, but one does not always notice that Geralt continues to walk around on his own.

The second thing I've seen, is the loading of the map as well as the HUD map, not loading, or taking a long time to load. After fast traveling, the HUD map gives a black view, and takes some time before things like terrain and icons start loading into it. As with the overall general map, there have been instances where the map takes a long time to load, or doesn't load at all. When the map does not load, I have to either quite the game, or fast travel so that there is a loading screen in order to get the map to load again.

Thirdly, there are a few instances of NPCs or characters not loading or bugging out. This happens a few times with vendors, merchants, armorers and blacksmiths. What happens, is that the above mentioned people do not load correctly. They only load partially, where you can see outlines of a face or body, but not the full NPC. In some instances, they don't load at all, and you see them bugging in and out of the screen, almost like the animation of wraiths appearing and disappearing. In some of the "quick time" events (the events indicated with yellow exclamation marks on the map), when the cutscenes trigger for them, the NPCs also do not load in the cutscene or partially load.

Another thing I've encountered, although I've only seen this two times, is additional stats on weapons or armor not showing or displaying after picking them up. It happened with a Relic sword and chest piece. They did not display any stats, and only showed the amount of damage or armor gained, but after a while of checking again, I believe it was after a loading screen, there were additional stats on the items like Piercing and Bleeding which did not display originally.

These bugs were on the Playstation 4 version of the game, on the latest patch, 1.03.
