[Bugs] Dream On (Spoilers)

Hi guys!

Anyone else get stuck in the "Dream On" mission? Specifically for me it was after I came down from the roof, did everything in the control room and then tried to "fix the screen" of the TV. The whole sequence is pretty much dark and the dialogue is kind of on top of each other and then gets cut short when V asks something like "What the hell is this?"

The sequence then goes back to normal and V asks if Elizabeth knows about the vehicle. After that I'm stuck in that position and I can't do much. I can toggle the scanner but not scan anything other than the door (tv or blood stain), I can look around but at a very limited radius (see screenshots below) and I can access all menus. But other than that the game is stuck.

I did get out of the game and jumped back in to see if the bug would repeat and it did. I saved just before trying for the second time so I'll see if the game can carry on without this.

For the neutralise all attackers bit just before getting the info from the van:
- when u finish following the van u are supposed to get ambushed
- when you get ambushed you will find two heavy armored militech soldiers running up the ladder to get to the roof
- rest of the enemies are maelstorm but I found the quest proceed properly when I sniped the militech dudes quickly before they off screened

I reloaded and just went in, full assault. More backup came and after a while the goals will update and you can continue...

So on the neutralize all enemy bugs, I'm stuck on that but I've noticed there is an air conditioner below ground the ambush site and there is a gate south of it where you'll find 2 cops arresting some dudes. I was wondering if anyone has found that below ground area or the gate code for the area South of it. Cause maybe that's were the enemies somehow ended up there and that's where we may be able to proceed? If anyone tries this let me know

I'm stuck at "Neutralize the attackers", I have killed everyone, I checked every corner for the past 20 minutes, there is no one left to neutralize, is it bugged ?

After searching the Apartment of Elizabeth Peralez, I found the antenna on top of the roof and 'followed the source signal' to the surveillance van. After reaching the van and initiating the car chase, the van doesn't get to far before trying to make a turn and rams an impenetrable car that is in the middle of the road. I've tried ramming the car, ramming the van, shooting both vehicles, tossing grenades at both vehicles, they are merged and married as one...I've tried reloading the save and redoing the quest and each and every time, the car was there. The only way I was able to progress the quest was by purposefully allowing the van to get away.

So either the quest is bugged after starting the van chase or you're meant to allow the van to get away and it is never mentioned...

This quest is still bugged. The game just told me to look for the van, while setting a marker for me on the top of the client's apartment instead. Then, after ignoring the marker, marking the antenna myself, and driving to the van, the van gets away without any marker on it, while the wrong marker on the apartment roof still irritates me.

Then I reload the game and reboot the optics of the van driver via quick hack, he drives away blindly...
Still can't see where he drives to...
Gonna keep trying to create a setup that makes the quest solvable...
Frustrating...

EDIT: managed to follow the van closely despite the game pointing me to the apartment and also telling me that I lost the van - could continue with the following quest sections

EDIT 2: Ugh, I'm stuck again. I must go to a ramen shop somewhere in the city, but the quest marker is again on the client's roof. Gonna reload a save from hours ago and redo the whole quest from scratch

The quest is bugged; you need to first scan the computer wall panel in the secret room and then follow the cables to the antenna; if you do it the other way round you get stuck and have to restart from previous save.

It seems like QA for missions is something that does not exist at CDPR, rather sad.

Thank you, I'll do just as you suggested and restart the quest from scratch. Managed to get a few quest sections further, but can't orient myself due to the marker being stuck in the now unreachable client apartment.

EDIT: FFS! The game keeps "only" 10 auto saves and I don't have a suitable save file for redoing the quest...
EDIT2: finally found out that you can open the journal and choose the appropriate quest sub objective by hand, and now the marker is correct without following the cables

Get to the point of search the apartment. Found the transmitter. Found the van from the roof. Found the secret room. Elizabeth says something but it was overlapped by something else johnny was saying. Get to the "follow cables" while in the secret control room. I see a yellow straight "bar" / line on my mini map but my scanning cannot find anything to close the "follow cables". I tried pinpointing the van from the roof. Drove to the approximate location with the list stuck on "follow cables" highlighted, the "find the van" was in red. Could not find the van because of the bug.

I finished the quests with this bug active. Talked to Elizabeth and Jeff and the mission was completed and is out of my journal.

just manually flip the objective in the journal to proceed with the mission.

I'm stuck (PS5) on the same mission. Even after scouring the entire area and shooting up the corpses to make sure, it will not acknowledge that all enemies have been neutralized and let the quest advance. I have no save to redo that mission. They need a cancel/quit mission/start over selection.

I'm stuck too in the Part "Kill all Enemys". All Enemys are Dead but the Mission is not goin on.

This Game is so buggy. I hate it more and more.

Currently doing the dream on quest and I completed the step in the quest but it doesnt seem that the game is recognizing that I did thus not allowing me to move forward with the quest. I tried exiting the game and restarting it with no success, any one know any ways around this?

I had the same problem. I just went to the noodle shop and it updated

For me it's fixed following this:

I was stuck at 'Neutralize all targets' so I loaded the autosave before entering the place where the van finally parks and replayed it again. I started the infiltration with stealth and was discovered on the first killing so I just killed everyone. This time the back up from maelstrom arrived so when I killed them I was finally pointed to jack in the van.

Hope it helps for others stuck in the same point.

I had the same problem. I tried my luck with Cyber Engine Teaks (to enable the console). After entering

Game.SetDebugFact("sq006_fact_truck_investigated", 1)

, I was tasked to call Ellisabeth again. The task to defeat the attackers was still there, but I was able to continue the quest and finish it.

Cannot tell what will happen later in the game, and if these changes may brake something else.

Ok i found a guide on how to fix the bug , it's in https://gamertagzero.com/cyberpunk-2077-dream-on-quest-bug-fix/ And WOW CDPR dudes ... This is just sad , i don't really know how to fix this (in programing language) but i guess it's just some Numers and IF command for interchangeble variables or , maybe LOCK THE DOORS to the roof !
