Bugs no one are talking about...

+
Two bugs have been happening to me that made me delete most of my save files. One of them is the bug where the moment you leave the megabuilding apartment you get a one star wanted level by those cops who are always next door and you either have to avoid them by taking the garage elevator or fast travel before you're spotted.

I tandem with that bug is one that disables random gang encounters all across Night City making it way more quiet and peaceful than it should be. Also, some cars stop in the middle traffic, other vehicles are just hovering in place with no driver or spawn in sticking out of the street like a sea lion begging for a fish.

I experimented using multiple save files. But did not discover what has been happening until I was already 156 hours into the game. Now I'm starting again from 8 hours in cause that's the only clean save I have before the rest of them got corrupted by this cooked in bug. I have yet to figure out what triggers it, but being that I always go to an apartment before manually save, I'm gonna not do that anymore and see what happens.

Well, if no one talk about these bugs, it's likely because no one encountered them. Personally, I didn't :(
I'm pretty confident that if many people got a star each time when leaving the apartment, there would be posts about this on the forum.
It's on PS5? or PS4?
Did you try to clear the cache just in case?

How about a bug where the game prevents you from saving. I've started to get this message where it says:

"You cannot save right now"

This is the case both for manual save and quick save. The autosave function also stops working.

This is very strange, since I've never had this problem before. This also seems to happen when I am around Corpo Plaza or City Center. I can usually get around it by taking the NCART to another district, and then save.

Has anybody experienced this problem before, or heard about it from someone else?

I haven't tried clearing my PS5 cache, thought never occurred to me honestly. But I do clear my memory of any excess data and saves from games I don't play anymore. I can't help but to assume that the bugs may have happened because I had a list of manual save that I've deleted since. I go to the parts of Night City where random encounters happen and they happen. So far so good, but will keep you posted.

The bug is interesting.
Theoretically, you could try shooting them down, as well as the tied up gangster on the floor outside the flat (like I always do). Just in case, you can also shoot the second couple of cops downstairs, even though there's a specific quest associated with them.
If you're willing to experiment, you can determine how it affects your further gameplay.
I'll add that my version of the walkthrough causes a microbug either - after shooting the cops on both floors, their blue markings will remain on the mini-map, as if the police squad is still on the same corridor with you, alive. But it doesn't affect anything in my case.
