I'm new to posting threads but screw it, I've always wanted too!
I need advice on what you guys think about the perk point allocation for a Smart Weapon/ Netrunner Build? My V is currently a level 40 on a Very Hard Diff level and I'm noticing that I am getting absolutely MELTED on any combat encounters. I have included the main Attribute points below. Please let me know what y'all think. Anyways, always trust in Dr.Paradox :)

Body: 7
Refelxes:20
Tech: 9
Int: 20
Cool: 5
 
Painkiller, Comeback Kid and Army of One from Body can be nice. Won't stop you getting "Melted" but passive regen is nice.

Glutton for War, First Aid, Transfusion and Health Freak from Tech will also provide more health recovery.

Chrome Constitution, Driver Update and Chipware Connosseur from Tech can provide some damage reduction, with the bonus stats on cyberware being adjustable to better suit your build.

Feline Footwork, Small Target and Unexposed from Cool can provide a bunch of mitigation chance if you're crouched.

Of course, one of the biggest defensive perks for such a build will be No Escape from Int. As it allows you to keep firing at enemies from behind cover without losing the lock on. Meaning you only have to peek out of cover long enough to get a lock and then you can hide being untargetable by enemies while shooting your lock on target safely.

But really, perks are secondary for survivability. Most survivability comes from Cyberware. You want to ensure you grabbing and upgrading Cyberware that provides good Armour: Things like Bionic Joints, Titanium Bones, Spring Joints, Kinetic Frame, Para Bellum, Carapace, Pain Editor, Cogito Lattice, Nano Plating.

Also, NeoFiber is a nice defensive boost as it buffs mitigation chance and strength.

Besides that, make good use of control quickhacks. Weapon Glitch on people with strong guns. Cripple Movement on melee enemies. Reboot Optics at T4+ will blind enemies making them harmless for a period of time.
