Burlap Is The New Stripe bug

Hi. On the quest Burlap Is The New Stripe, I'm being prompted to 'Retrieve your things from the chest'. I do so, but it still says 'Retrieve your things from the chest' and I'm stuck between the two gates. I downloaded the new patch yesterday but it still doesn't work. I've tried reloading to an earlier save point, but nothing seems to work. This is on the Xbox One. Help!

I have the same problem... I almost finished the game and im stuck. Any idea? xbox one game of the year edition.

Meditating doesn't help? You can't loot the chest again? You can't open any doors or gates? Did you try to load a save before going to prison and try again?

Clearing cache might be worth a try, although not sure if it helps or not.

Same problem here, but I'm on a PC...
And Sunsibar, while in that situation and place, the game doesn't allow you to enter anything, only the map; you cannot access your gear or do anything other than wait for the second gate to rise...
