Burning cars not despawning

So I had an issue with a couple of wrecked vehicles near the Afterlife that for some reason refused to despawn. I had taken out a group of Tyger Claws with grenades and there was a body stuck in one of the cars that couldn't be looted, so maybe that had something to do with it.

Anyway, V eventually took matters in her own hands and hi-jacked a Kaukaz and pushed those wrecks into the river, out of sight - out of mind. But I figured I should make a note of the issue.

I killed the two cops and the suspect outside my flat and now they refuse to dissapear, too.
Each time I leave, I see them falling to the ground.
Feels like Groundhog Day.
