buy HoS or Expansion pack?

HoS has a discount, so am i saving money if i buy only HoS and then Blood and Wine?

if you don't care about the physical cards you can get with boxed version of HoS, get the Exp Pass. I think that the digital goodies are the same + you save some money.

As previously stated if you care only about the game and you know you will be purchasing the second expansion anyways then it's better to buy the Expansion pass right away.

Just go for the Expansion Pass. Unlike some developers out there, CDPR deserves the "pre-order" of their expansion(s).

If you intend to purchase both expansions, just pay the $25 for both. They appear to be well worth it.
