the game was running well for a couple of weeks, I experimented with Mods and was running ok
suddenly a couple of days ago it started to crash few second after I was starting the Game ( eather from steam or from the .exe )

I have reisntalled the games may times following all the recommended steps like these

but I am stuck with the same problem
I have attached the error the uptime is just 2 seconds and the main error says

Expression: EXCEPTION_IN_PAGE_ERROR (0xC0000006)
Message: The thread tried to access a page that was not present, and the system was unable to load the page. For example, this exception might occur if a network connection is lost while running a program over the network.

can some one adves me how to proceed? it is possible to open a ticket? if yes where?

Hi,
Not sure, but if the game worked fine for a while and started to crash few days ago, it might likely be due from "something else" rather than from the game itself.
From what I saw, Nvidia released a new drivers version (591.74) January 5th. So maybe a good idea to rollback your drivers for an older version using DDU, just in case (if you were able to play in december, maybe simply the previous drivers version).

my game is crashing right after i hit continue or load a save game, tried cleaning crash logs and stuff verified files nothing worked. i remember i was going tru the settings to change the game difficulty and it said my game will restart from last save to make the changed so i hit cancel and when i tried to close the setting panel it popped up something again and i didnt read maybe it was about saving settings idk but after that the game just crashed and keep at it.

Hi,
First of all : do you use or ever used mods?
If yes, you may have to perform a clean install of the game :
If no (never), be sure you tried everything suggested by the support. And if nothing work and if it's not already done, send a ticket to the support ("contact us" button)

I know there is an ongoing issue with AMD's recent driver release. Might be related to this. I know for sure it affects 7000 series cards, but it might be impacting 9000's as well.

Also, try emptying your save folder of all saved games, including quick- and autosaves. (Just back them up somewhere.) Then, go offline so that cloud saves don't repopulate them.

Begin a brand new game, run around for a minute, then save and quicksave a few times.

Exit to Windows, restart the game, and try loading. If that goes fine, we can be pretty sure there's some sort of corruption in the other save files. If there's an issue, we can be pretty sure it's the installation. (Or worse... [Dum-dum-DUUUUUUM!])

Couldn't hurt. Just be sure you do the CLEAN installation, as LeKill3rFou links above, being sure to follow all steps.

And unfortunately, if the problem exists somewhere in the save data, it's there forever. Normally, however, that would be a result of mod conflicts. As you've never used any mods, there's still plenty of hope!

alright i figured it out, the save game files got corrupted ig, multiple of those, so i started the mission from the very start and it played fine after that. thanks for the time yall

Ok, annoying :(
Keep the saves just in case, because support could ask you to send them these saves. It could help them to figure out why your saves get corrupted ;)

Some here bro, i'm here because i'm going mad and i was looking on all over the internet to find a solution (i'm also a developer).

The issue is about graphic driver for sure (for me at least), with the last amd last update he broke the game. I tried to uninstall amd driver, and i try to launch the game without any driver and it starts well.

The joke for me is i have bought this game at the launch with stadia, with a very bad experience, but i love the game, the software house and the saga, so i decide to buy it again 2 days ago.

I play so well yesterday. But not today. Really sad story, again.

My graphics card is:
AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT

Driver version:
26.10.21.05-260626a-202082C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition

26.6.4 and 26.6.1 (fsr 4 updates) might cause some thing. I am rolling back to Adrenalin 26.5.2 and try some things because suddenly my game started to crash without reason. It was working good two days ago.
