Cahir doesnt work in seasonal mode

was happy to make a deck based on cahir again on this seasonal mode but it seems it doesn't work

so an enemy unit has to be targeted boosted so cahir ability works?

Boosts from Vitality and engines work too. The seasonal mode is special in that regard because it's neither of those two. I am not sure if Cahir has been specifically "disabled" for seasonal mode, though. Probably not. He just doesn't register the buff effect.
