Cahir incosistancies or just a bug

First NG Knight buffing enemy did NOT trigger Cahir's ability and and than when Yennefer boosted the board it boosted him with only 2 STR.

How can one play this game?

Cahir only works on the MELEE row. Are you sure you played him there?

Really? Aside that this is FN STUPID and I FN HATE the implementation of those mechanics like that, I played him on the Ranged row. Why he buffed himself with 2 after Yennefer than?
