Call Vehicle (Devs Need to FIX)

I run around fight, call vehicle. It is blue but nothing no vehicle not even the sound.
reload to fix.
I do a mission and call vehicle, nothing again.
reload to fix.
Fast Travel call vehicle again nothing.
reload to fix.
F*&^ the vehicles I'll run all over damn place, untill I get tired of all the glitches, bugs and all around crap this game brings. Then I will stop playing again,. this time for good..

It's unfortunately a bug introduced with the 2.0 overhaul, which since then never got fixed. No clue whatsoever what triggers it as it doesn't have a reliable reproduceable process.

For me it happens rarely though, usually after a mission once every 40hrs or so.

Update: Now a new game will call your car when jackie gives it to you the morning after but after that can't call a car even after reload. Game is playableish, if you dont want to worry about buying cars and run everywhere, IT'S GREAT. So I'm done doubt if I will come back or buy W4.
