Camera

Hi,

I own a really nice Piece of Hardware because i HATE console Games and their "freezed" camera settings and lack of customizing the controls to where I FEEL COMFORTABLE, because I GAME and don't want to have the controls i HAVE TO play, pushed down my throat.

i want to ZOOM away if I WANT TO. and i want to change it WHEN I WANT.

so here MY experience with Witcher 3.

Friend told me, bought game on Steam (full price), was excited about the graphics n stuff,
Nice intro, was surprised and on fire to actually PLAY!

Startet the tutorial. Moved around the FIRST ROOM -> got annoyed about the camera movement that i want to ZOOM OUT, so i can SEE SOMETHING
and dont jump around and have most of the screen blocked by the backhead of my char.

stepped out to the balcony (ingame of course) -> STILL THE SAME CAM DISTANCE -> open the MENU -> no option to CHANGE the distance...

alt tab -> google -> no adjustments possible, only via hacks, cheat engine, whatever... -> exit game -> uninstall

time "Played" -> 4 mins

WAKE ME UP if there is an option to change the camera.
The engine supports it and my PC can handle every graphicengine at full details out
there with 60 fps min.

Got frustrated because i bought a game with crapped camera options AGAIN.

Luckily, Fallout 4 will drop this year,

just my 2 cents. kkthx bye

Yeah, it's annoying. I don't enjoy the fixed camera either. I stopped playing for the moment, just because I feel I can't adjust the camera settings/fov as it should be on a PC game.

Anyway, there is some sort of workaround for this: http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threa...le-Camera-Mod?

Might work or might not be what you are looking for. But, it's just as I said: a workaround - as it screws up camera when entering dialogue mode.

Uhm... You know that interior camera is zoomed in, right? That you get zoomed out camera when walking outside, right? Right...
