Can i give 40 kegs from the CC preorder to my friend?

Title. I know it's usually not allowed to swap resources between accounts, but i thought CC preorder could be an exception, seeing how it'd be bought with IRL money.

I've no need for 40 kegs so i wouldn't buy the preorder just for the card and skin, but having someone use them would be just enough of an incentive to buy it.

They are just some numbers and numbers can be moved/changed etc.

Technically, it should be very easy to do that, but there are rules in place to prevent that. If you want to know more, I suggest you redirect your question to CDPR support.
