Can i run the Witcher 3 on my computer?

Here are my specs:

8192MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 4B DDR3 memory
1 TB HDD

I don't think your processor is gonna make it very far. Your GPU is just barely under the minimum requirements. I mean, you would get it to run eventually, but it won't be a pleasurable experience. The GPU should be a bigger bottleneck than your processor, but of course I cannot say that for sure as I didn't test the hardware combination myself.
The memory & hard drive capacity are more than enough so far.

Yeah i'm just noticing this. I was able to get the game running pretty smoothly with the game set at high priority and everything on low but med detail settings. Thanks for the reply at least

@Oxnard As the GTX 650 is the first Keppler GPU it should handle 1080p
@Blackoutfallen A tip for you: Don't buy entry level GPUs with more VRAM. More VRAM just helps at higher resolutions or better textures, but as the graphics processor itself cannot handle that it makes no sense to pay extra money for it. Save the money, wait a few months and buy the bigger model which should boost the performance pretty hard and go down in price until you have the money to pay for it. In the end you get more bang for your buck and the card itself will last longer in terms of performance and in terms of lifespan (unless you buy a cheap factory overclocked version with bad cooling).

i was actually gonna save up for the gtx 950 graphics card and getting the intel core i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.40 GHz). Apparently they are the best on the markets atm for price and performance. And the reason i got such a a crappy-ish graphics card and cpu is mostly because it was the first computer i ever built. I'm self taught with this stuff (only 17 years old) so i just learn from friends and other. My computer can run every game but this one (at least i know of) on the highest possible graphics settings. So it stumped me that i couldn't use this one. I mostly play League of Legends and other games which i get more then enough fps to play them smoothly but id like to prepare for the future. So i'm going to buy some more ram (16GB) the stuff i listed above and also a cpu water cooler to keep it running good as i hear those run really hot and heat sinks that come with them suck. Anyways point being is i learned from my mistake, But hey i did assemble a computer that's worked for 4 years now and amazing speeds (to me, use to use a old duel core computer) so i'm okay with this build ^^
