Can I run Withcer 3 on my PC

Hey Guys

I have Asus G750JH Republic of Gamers laptop with the following specs:

Intel Core i7-4700HQ 2.40 Ghz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 780m 4gb
16 Gb Ram
1920x1080 Screen.

Is there any chance for I can play this game at highest settings (maybe turn of AA and Depth Field, low-med shadows etc.)

If not I am gonna buy it for my PS4. But I would rather play on my PC with mods and stuff =D

I want to preorder it, but not sure to which platform (I prefer PC)
