Try to "Verify integrity of game files" ;)
Maybe/probably some files are missing.

Edit; sorry, don't see you already did that :(

Have you tried disabling The Steam Overlay?
In Steam --> Settings --> in-Game settings.

  • Clean-install GPU drivers (chose custom installation, make sure Perform a clean installation is checked)
    • After installation: Disable Experimental features in Nvidia Experience
  • Update your BIOS
    • After the update, don't forget to enable the XMP profile for your DRAM
If the first two steps didn't help:
  • Clean-install GPU drivers in safe mode
  • Install cumulative updates for Windows 20H2
  • Uninstall River Tuner Statistic Server
  • Reinstall Steam
  • Run cleanmgr.exe as admin: Free up space on the drive where Steam is installed, also clear the DirectX Shader Cache
  • Disable Fullscreen optimisations for Cyberpunk2077.exe
  • Set maximum FPS to 240 (either in game or via Nvidia Control Panel)
  • Set: Page file size = 2 x (DRAM in total)

I dont use xmp I know nothing about the overclocking side as i wont touch that stuff. Also all the other stuff I have tried didnt work. the last thing I tired was Steam repair. Looks like my steam version 2.10.91.91 Something was wrong with it. Dont know how. But the steam repair fixed what ever it was.

Not enabling it can cause system instability. I's just one click in the BIOS.
Dont need it never had any issues on that end. Also Cypber Punk Runs full max with no issues on graphics or gameplay other that T pose and ncp lip sync issue. Also XMP can also cause some issues to I have look into and since I do not do that stuff and have no need for it I will not mess with it. My system runs smoothly on everything else I do from graphical animation rendering. Video rendering or even number crunching.

Well, it probably won't fix your issue anyway, but there's absolutely no reason why you wouldn't want to enable it, unless you want to underclock your PC. You would at least get a bit more performance, since the information between the L3 cache on the CPU-dies goes through the infinity fabric, which ideally runs a the same speed as the unified memory clock.

No underclocking at all. 4ghz on my cpu 2070 super n 32gb at 3200 she runs perfect. Also my issue was fixed with the steam repair. Also to add I have never had to over clock any of my rigs over 27 years of building pcs and playing on them. No need what so ever.

She does fine mate if it.wqs not I would no be saying.. Also the issue is fixed. Because it was steam causing the problem. Moderators you can close this thread.
