Can not Talk to Vernon Roche! [Get Junior]

I have been to skillege island before activating the Get Junior quest, i cannot talk to him or interact with him. His name is simply green and he just stands around. Ive tried meditating and reloading save outside mountain, but nothing seems to work.

I have the common problem. When I had to talk to Roche on the bridge (he was standing there), I decided to complete Gangs of Novigrad quest. Finally, there left only one point in Get Junior quest (Meet Roche at the bridge). After this I went to the bridge to talk to Roche, but he was in the partisan camp, without highlighted point in dialog. I have the earlier saves, but I can't load them, because I have 1.07 version, and the saves are from 1.05.

I created an account just to add my voice to this issue, Roche is NOT on the bridge, he is stood like a lemon in the Partisan camp! He won't budge from the campfire! Please address this bug!

Same its happening to me hes just standing there next to the campfire this needs to get fixed!!!
