can someone explain adrenaline points?

Hey can someone please explain how does the adrenaline points work in the game in detail?

For first which is the adrenaline bar? I can see 2 bars what i don't really understand.
the white bar above the health bar. what's that?
the 3 little bars left to the stamina bar. whats that?

The white bar above you health is the experience bar, the 3 little ones is your adrenaline. You build adrenaline by hitting your opponent making you eventually deal out more damage. Once you level up you can use the adrenaline slots to casts sign even if your stamina is not filled back up among other things.

You are the Meziaz! Thank you, i asked in more than one thread about the white bar, i send PN to developer didnt get an answer. The game manual nor the ingame tutorials loses any words about the white bar... thank you very much! Can you please explain me the other question about the signs in the healtbar region?
