Can this be done?

Sorry if this has been answered. I did a search but did not find it.

I am a modder of small renown. I'm working on some new character models and animations. I want to know if it will be relatively easy for me to not just add these to tw3 but to create a short quest involving them. Also, can I create cut-scenes in the game or do I need to render them? Can I add rendered cutscenes to the game? And can I do that without having to use a bunch of workarounds such as item or animation replacers?

I've tried doing something similar in skyrim and it was a nightmare using the toolset. How does redkit compare?

I know that tw3 is not out yet but the redkit is so I hope somebody will be able to answer these questions for me. Thanks in advance.

In W3? there's currently W2 REDkit only. TW3 hasn't been released yet, so I think you should wait to see the relative toolkit. Supposing that CDPR will release it in a shorter time, this time around.

Anyway, REDkit3 is announced to be a more advanced version of REDkit 2. We can't answer your question for now, I'm afraid.

If you need help and suggestion, you may want to ask instead in the REDkit official forum here -> http://forums.cdprojektred.com/forums/8-Redkit
I think you can find many experts there.

Yes, you can make cutscenes in game and pre-rendered.
No, you can't currently port animations to the game.(correct me if I'm wrong) As for now you can import only static meshes.
