Can we compile every perk that doesn't work in this game?

- All the blocking perks for Blunt
- Health Regen perks for blunt
- Armor reduction perks for blunt
- Tech tree increasing armor doesn't work.
- Movement speed increase for annihilation doesn't work when you have cold blood speed buff.
 
Health regen outside of combat (cyberware).
All mods for clothing except armor and crit.
Berserk mods.
Everything that increases armor by % (perks,attributes,cyberware).
Falling damage reduction.
I heard that dodge chance is doing nothing aswell, but i cant confirm that.

- Monowire doesn't scale off blunt despite the game registering it as a blunt weapon
- Gorilla arms charge doesn't actually scale the damage like it's supposed to.

Pretty sure a lot of intelligence perks don't work from my gameplay like:
- Hackaton
- Anamnesis
- Efficiency
- Biosynergy somewhat not sure since it never shows up in stats under RAM recovery
 
The perk that gets you a mod from mechanical enemies, is kind of broken.
After learning it mechanical enemies drop extra grenades not mods and it leads to unlootable corpses.

You have to upgrade the gorilla arms

Attributes that boost evasion. My evasion has been 1 the entire game and i am max reflexes.

mech looter doesnt work

I dont know if half the crafting perks work since they are all rng based and the UI is laggy. BUT CRAFTING is bugged, legendary katana when crafted do not rng elements, it is always BLEEDING despite the crafting UI saying it has a chance to be any element.
