Can we get a patch where Megabuilding H10 is finished.

Seems like CDProjektRed was on a time crunch when they cut some corners on the Megabuilding H10.

It would be nice to revisit some places and restore them to what was originally intended.
Think how the game is today, is the Cyberpunk we have bought. Very unfortunate things went the way they did, and CDPR not being able to 100% fully realize what they initially planned.

It's really sad how much was cut and how much more immersive the world of NC would be if those things would be part of the actual game. I hope in Project Orion those things will find recognition and get treated right. NC is the best city in a game ever. I'm so in love with the place, but it is criminally underused altogether. So I hope the full potential will be released in the sequel one day.

I am hoping that the next game will be a more realized version of what they want to portray and if it is set in Night City, a much more interactive and expanded one. I can't imagine that the corporate side are going to push the next game out too early for fear of having a repeat of the disaster that was the release of this game, which should give the developers a lot more breathing room to make the game they actually want. Then again you can never underestimate corporate greed and despite the negative press, Cyberpunk was still a massive success financially so who knows.

i doubt they have fear - if you just look at the current situation: 2.0 & PL needed almost 3 years to turn the tides and just have been crushed with another rushed pre-holiday 2.1 patch... i just hope UE5 will help a bit in the technical part but if the management learned their lesson is a whole different question... i am personally not very postive about it tbh - but thats just me, hope dies last.

Things get left on the cutting-room floor all the time in game development. There's just never enough time&money to finish everything. Sad, but normal. I think it's healthier to try and appreciate the game you have, instead of bemoaning what could have been.

That said, it would be rad if the sequel picked could pick up some of these loose threads.

This. The more they have patched things, the more there have been demands for more, more, more. By gaming standards, Night City is absolutely *enormous* with an astonishing number of unique interiors. At some point, realism needs to set in. They could spend twenty years on it and still people would complain that they can't access X or that Y was "cut content" or that the game is broken because there are not 1,000 accessible rooms in every office building. The megabuilding interior could well have been cool. But they clearly decided they wanted to do it a different way.

Do you really believe that? That they didn’t want to use the H10 floor, or Ncart stations or the Militech Building, etc? No offense but that’s pretty naiv… sure there are reasons why they are not accessible but „they don’t wanted to“ is mostlikely non of them…

Exactly this and I guess the words "prioritization", "money" and "time" were used the most when it came to let go of those things. There are hints everywhere in the game. For example, at the back entrance of the No Tell Motel you can climb up a ladder to a destroyed balcony. I'm sure there was something cut that you could have escaped from Dex, only to get caught by him some time later or anything else. We'll never know, but there are remnants of thousands of ideas everywhere and most of them were not just dropped.

I have to agree with this post. If CDPR is going to focus on a new city for the sequel, can we at least get a final expansion that fills in the remaining holes of Night City. Megabuilding H10 is probably the easiest to do. There is so much real life immersion that is left undone with this building. I even expected V to meet a lot of NPC's that introduce her to new side gigs. For some reason, the only one we meet that really impacts the side gigs is Coach Fred. His side gigs actually stretch to Dogtown when we meet Aaron. Other than that, it's just Robert Wilson and the police officer that wants to kill himself.

Absolutely agree.

The building and the entire city, are already incredibly immersive, but there's so many easy-to-add features that would bring the game to the level of absolute perfection...

...and for the love of V... add a kitchen to V's apartment in the building, ha ha. It's a very odd design to have that space and no place to eat.

Otherwise, it's still my favorite apartment, next to the Glen in Heywood.

It would be nice to see an update where Megabuilding H10 is finished and when V finally explores the bottom floor, 3 bodies hit the floor similar to that movie "DREDD", and V has to make their way to the top floor clearing levels or something. Mix in some tight corridor scenes similar to Daredevil with the hallway fight and action scenes similar to "The Raid" and that would be some awesome call backs.
