Can we please get full, dual monitor support finally for TW3?

I have liked this series a lot but there are some bizarrely missing features that should be standard these days IMO. The fact that there is no real windowed option in TW2 has really been detracting from my enjoyment of the game and there is no reason TW3 should not support this. WINDOWED BORDERLESS should be an option in EVERY PC game!

I picked up TW2 and immediately stopped playing because I was so annoyed. I have recently decided to try again because I'm looking forward to TW3 but I now remember why I quit to begin with. So aggravating that so many modern games are releasing without basic options like this. Lots of people use dual monitors. Please support this.

I can deal with the clunky inventory management issues of the series if I have to but the lacking support for dual monitors is not acceptable! Please, please, please add true windowed borderless options for TW3!

Oh, and while I'm listing bizarrely missing features can I go ahead and add to the list the ability to change keybinds/options without having to exit the game completely and use the launcher? One of the most bizarre things I have seen in a game and something that has been available in virtually all games all along so why would this be changed to something that is such a PITA to utilize?

I honestly can't think of any RPGs that have the ability to use dual monitors, are there any? While I have a dual monitor setup at home and like using it, I can't see it being that useful in a game.

I think you need to get it right that is not a PC game. It's a multi-platform game. But still PC can have support for dual monitors. But why dual? I think AMD has support for Eye-Finity. The real reasons would be CDPR partner with Nvidia for The Witcher 3 on PC.
