Can you give V white hair?

Hair colors 2 and 12 are gray, but there's no white. I see NPCs with white hair, so it can exist.

Is there a way to use a mod or tweak the hair color value in the save file to give V white hair? (I'm relatively new to using mods.)

There's a white hair mod on nexus, yes. Working for me.
