Cannont Complete Contract

Seems I can not complete the One Big Happy Family Contract.

According to the Deckbuilder I have all of the cards, but the official site shows that I am missing 1 Thronebreaker Neutral card.
I know there were some issues regarding this in the past, and I pretty much ignored it until now, when the contract is available.

If there is a fix for this I would be happy to learn about it. I will be sending a bug report as well.

That contract is not related to your GWENT card collection, but to this Thronebreaker achievement:

If you do have the achievement then you should have the contract, but if you don't then it's not a bug.

(As far as I know, playgwent.com has been known to show a different card collection status than the game itself. For me it does show I all own the cards, including for TB.)

Yep. There are multiple such contracts, all named after corresponding Thronebreaker achievements.
