Cannot craft middle Igni Glyph

Hey there

I just encountered that Im not able to use collected Small Igni Glyph to produce the next bigger ones.

See the Screens.

I obviously got enough small Igni glyph


But I can't



Is this supposed to be like that, or is it a bug?
