Running on 8700k and 2080ti. Seemed fine before update, now seems to be cpu bound and framerate seems worse. Changing between 1440 and 1080 it seems to look and perform identically and the Nvidia fps counter doesn't change sizes like it does normally. Checked the Nvidia control panel and everything is normal there.
Eh, I was wrong I think. The Nvidia driver update changed my settings and that's why it was running slower. Task manager was telling me The GPU was bottlenecked but then I downloaded software for my GPU and that shows the usage around 95%
