I cannot download Gwent. I am getting an message saying "Failed - Insufficient permissions"

You probably need to run GOG Galaxy (or the installation file of the game, depending on how you want to install the game) as administrator (right click on the file, select "run as administrator")

What do you mean? I am trying to access the link from home page (Play Free).
And also i tried downloading from another computer, but i get same error message.

Well, it’s best to go to GOG.com and get it from there.

GOG Galaxy is the Download Client for GOG games:

Easiest way is to install and play the game with Galaxy.
