Cannot finish yorinobu mission

hi there. i have amd ryzen 5 2600 + rtx 2070 (460.89 version of drivers), win 10 home (2004 version).
i have big trouble to finish yorinobu mission (CP 2077 latest update), because i cannot switch between scans, when t-bug says: "listen to the conversation it could be something important." and game guide me - in the audio layer scan yorinobu´s phone as he talks. i cannot switch to audio layer. only her view or scan. audio scan is missing.
i tried restart game and pc so many times. dont help. i tried load older save, dont help..
any solution?

That's strange, but you did select the editing mode after leaving the elevator?

If you are using a controller, you could try using keyboard/mouse instead.

Does the button to switch layers usually work in the rest of the game?

hi, thanks for a reply.
1: yes, i tried this. i tried this also after that when i was nearly yorinobu, but no success.
2: yes, i use controller, but i´ll try use keyboard, maybe it might help.
3: honestly, that mission before, which is show me braindance first - where i see (in braindance) two guys preparing to assault a shop and one guy shoot that second one - it worked perfectly fine.
