Cannot load module - error when loadin area

I got Witcher 1 on GOG.com with the Gwent Beta, I played the entire chapter 1 but when I got to Vizima I died and had to load again, then it started.
I even tried a older save to go again to Vizima with Shani but it happened again.

I really liked the game but can't proceed.
I'm on Windows 10

It might be a data issue. If you installed the game using Galaxy, you could try selecting More > Manage installation > Verify / Repair , and see if that corrects the problem.
