Cannot mod the file exp_mods.csv ?? (want to reduce XP overall)

I changed it to give 0.5 xp from quests and killings and packed in a mod as per instructions.
It doesn't change a damn thing in the game...

Does it even load?
Has anyone successfully used it as a mod?

u sure you dont have any other mods using the same file?

thibaudv, I guess I could, but that would be a lot less elegant...It also doesn't really allow to balance xp from quests vs xp from monster slaying properly. I want to know why the best solution isn't working even though it should

Hi to you.
Are you using the mod from nexusmods: XP gain multiplier?
If not just download it and follow the instructions, and mod your file accordingly.
