Can't Change User on XBox

My wife has been playing Cyberpunk for a few weeks and I decided to start my own game the other day, using my own Xbox account. I was able to play the game and was able to successfully switch from my game to my wife's game and back to mine one time. When I tried to switch from her game back to mine again yesterday, only her saved games are showing even though the bottom left corner of the Cyberpunk screen says that my user account is selected. The AutoSaved game it wants to continue is the same for both players. This happens even if her XBox account is completely logged out.

I've tried restarting the game, restarting the XBox, clearing the Xbox cache, and various combinations of logging the two accounts in and out.

What can I do to get access to my own account and saved games?

I don't have any experience with XBOX nowadays, but could it be cross progression messing up somehow? It shouldn't between different accounts, but since it's same device and same game, who knows.

Neither of us has that turned on.

I've looked everywhere for a way to contact their support folks. I'll be a little surprised if this works but hey, it's worth a shot. Thanks for the link!
