Can't empty inventory, it's always full

We'll need some more info in order to make heads or tails of that:

0.) Are you using any mods, or have you ever used any in the past?

1.) Have you performed a CLEAN installation?

2.) It seems you're a long way into that playthrough. Have you seen any other inventory weirdness: lag or slowdown when opening or closing, corrupted item descriptions, crashes, etc?

Yes I used a trainer before, my inventory is full of mission's items.
I did a clean installation, but when i restore my save game the inventory is still the same.
I haven't see corrupted item descriptions, but there is lag and slowdown when opening or closing

Yeah, that could be any number of things...all resulting in, most likely, a borked save file. Whether it's an update causing a latent version with the trainer, or the save file having present issues with the mods, or a weird issue with the basic system purely in vanilla, there's no surefire way to say, now.

My best recommendation would be to take it up in the Mods pages. Someone there may recognize what you're seeing.

If not...it's probably begin-a-new-game time. Once a save file is saved with mods running, it's modded forever, for better or worse.

By "always full", do you mean that you are not able to remove items, or that the number on the weight does not change?

Those items in the picture can be removed, but not the mission items, like old poems, keys, books, etc, or even trophies (I think I can sell them but I don't want to), the thing is that, also, the weight doesn't change either

I don't believe that quest items can be removed (nor do they add weight). Just a failsafe to ensure the quest continuity is maintained. I don't recommend removing any of them.

As for the weight not changing, that certainly sounds as if it will be mod-related. Likely a conflict between mod synergy, mod and game version, or just a weird thing that occurred at some point. You can try to bring it up under Gameplay > Mods and see if anyone there has encountered it and knows of a fix.
