Help Me, I can't fast travel. I use Mods but I turned them off and I still can't fast travel. I can do it from older saves but saves from 2.2 can't.
try going to the main menu or closing the program completely and restarting.
Only disabling mods is often not enough, you may have to do a clean installation as explained here:

I forgot exactly how I solved that before 2.0, but I recall dispelling it when I would engage in a quest that teleports me to another location. Methinks even getting some quality time with a joytoy might work.
P.S. I do have some passion for cracking such problems. I wish I could get my hands on a game save that is stuck with this problem, to see what I can do to crack it.

A better explanation is; The only Fast travel is back to my apartment in the Megabuilding. It's weird, no other fast travel even appears on my map, I can use fast travel hubs, but they don't appear as points on my map. I load up a game from months ago, and am able to fast travel just fine. But I think I will follow technical support and just do a clean reinstallation of the game.
Update: so I found you can just do a purge of your mods in Vortex, and not have to clean install. It happened again. I just purged and reloaded the game, fixed the issue, even with mods enabled.
If your using the mod GITS it has an issue when it disables all Fast travel points on both map and use. Theres a patch for the old 3.1 Gits in files.
