Can't figure it out how to install some mods......need help please tw2

Greetings , I've started playing TW2 few days ago , and find out this fantastic mod named "For Temeria!"

By the way,I got some installing problems of this mod . First , I followed the instructions of the installation , my User Content Manager did have the mod in it, and I also make sure that I had it enable. But after I started the game , nothing happened .
I found out the source flies need to be downloaded , but I can't figure it out which folder should I put in. Did I failed to install this mod , or any step that I lost to install of it?
