Can't find 2 locations in Velen

This is bothering me to no end. I've found a question mark and a place of power south-west in Velen which somehow appears to be underground, yet I have no clue how to get there.

Can someone please help me finding these two spots? (see image below)

I think the entrance is on the screenshot that you provided. It's the little cave marker to the Southwest of you on the map. That's my guess, I would try there.

If I remember correctly, the little boat that's just South of you on the pictures you provided is right next to the exit of that same cave (you end up there at the end of that quest). There's a rock that's an illusion right behind that boat somewhere; if you don't have any luck with the cave marker on the map that I mentioned, try searching around the boat.
