Can't find Manuscript Page: Cursed Oil, can anyone help?

Hi, I got an ingame issue. I'm progressing throughout the story and main quest, have gotten a bit into the game and discovers I don't have the manuscript page to make an Cursed Oil. Then realises I didn't do the "On death's bed" quest with Tomira in White Orchard, and it's impossible to go back and do it. How do I get the manuscript then, have been searching for a manuscript for hours, searched ingame for any vendors who might sell it. Also searched for it on internet and forums, don't find any answers.I do have the recipe for Enhanced Cursed Oil, but it requires a Cursed Oil.I have not intention in going back to a save several hours earlier.So if anyone got a soultion, please help me

I purchased one from Keira Metz after completing the Wandering in the Dark story mission.

I found one in White Orchard

(I think part of the treasure lost from the Temerian Transport, but not immediately at the bridge - search "nearby" but a lot...).

I managed to get the recipe somehow, I visited the herbalists and alchemists in Velen and Novigrad several times and bought some useful manuscripts just to make them update their stock. But I think I have looted it somehow, can't remember I've bought it.
