Can't find the starting mission envoys, wineboys!

I've started a new game after I bought both expansions, the Hearts of stone quest appears normal in my quest log, but the starting quest for blood and Wine doesn't, and I can't find the letter to start the quest on any notice board in velen, what should I do??? (PS4)

@NeroWarlord , sorry for the basic opening question, but can you confirm that Blood and Wine displays as installed on your main menu?

Also, if I recall, you may need to complete 'A Poet Under Pressure' in the main quest before Blood and Wine's quest triggers.

Yes, that is needed to get that first BAW quest. It doesn't show up before that.

I know this an old post but I ran into this as soon as I started a NewGame+

You must do all the preceding quest lines; A total of Eight quests after the Imperial Audience before you can get to Toussaint and start MasterCrafting which I thought was kind of stupid I went to every single last Notice Board looking for that Quest only to realize I hadn't done Pyres yet.

Remember the White Wolf bows before no man.
