Can't finish the game... keeps crashing during the final mission.

I'm really trying to play through this game, but it keeps fighting me!

During the last hour I now have five separate crashes playing the default ending "Hanako's path". It feels like this game want to kill itself at all times. Perhaps it's telling me to be satisfied with the short "Commiting suicide" ending?

Before updating to patch 1.1 I didn't have a single crash in 30 hours of gameplay. I'm playing on PC.

Short answer: don't play v1.1, it's broken, wait for hotfix to come out.

That happened to me a few times during Dont fear the reaper. Luckily the game made an autosave at one point during it so i didnt have to start it over from the very beginning.
