Can't get in the Bar! Quest: "Automatic Love"

So I walked inside the bar, but desided to do some sidequest first. Next time I was there the door is closed and I can't get in the bar.

So restarting or doing other quests doesn't help. So I can't progess in the mainstory and the savepoint where I potentially created this bug is hours and many quests ago....
