Cant get the new apartments

Previously I had a problem with red4ext (Allready done) but now I have the problem that with my Corpo save it is not possible for me to acquire the new apartments because when I enter the PC and want to see the option to buy the new apartments or the customization it gives me the attached image, any possible solution?

It's on a save where mods were actives ?
Honestly if you didn't reinstall entirely the game, it could be mod related in the saves or in game files.

So the worse (but probably effective) solution could be a clean installation of the game, unfortunately (and on a new save).

I already reinstalled the game completely from scratch and the same problem still appears, even until I sent a ticket (which was not answered), And sorry for the late response

Maybe a dumb question, but what if you go to the location where the apartments are at? can you not just use the hand scanner tablet to gain access?

It was already possible to solve it, I literally could not buy the new apartments even if I showed up at the place, I just loaded a previous save (A few hours) and I was able to make the purchases, thanks anyway for the ideas
